BITS AND PIECES 11

silly me.

i woke up thinking that i could just possibly go one day without posting something about how much of a whiny little bitch-baby donald could be, only to find out he spent much of sunday on twitter (surprise!) complaining about how unfairly he's being treated by the press....again.   his target this time....or should i say again...was the new york times over a story that he claims was absolutely, positively and unequivocally untrue.   they apparently say they talked to him or his people and he says, like the petulant little brat we've come to know and despise, 'uh-unh, liar-liar-pants-on-fire, no they di'n't!'.   the article about how he is running out of time to save his floundering campaign was just too much for him to bear despite the fact that this very thing is being reported on several fronts and would be obvious to anybody who pays attention to his falling poll numbers.   but 'donny thinskin' couldn't hold it back which actually makes one think the reporting hit a little too close to home.

in the series of tweets that in which he constantly refers to the new york times as 'failing', he ends up by saying that "it is not 'freedom of the press' when newspapers and others are allowed to write whatever they want even if it is completely false."   why yes, donald.   yes it is.   your pals at the national enquirer (you know the paper you said deserves the pulitzer prize after they printed their dubious cruz-oswald connection?), they do it all the time and they've been sued often enough to prove it.   so, if you think that they have printed something that you call uncategorically false you can do one of the things that you seem to do best.....sue.   you can claim libel or slander or just that they hurt 'yo po widdo feewings'.   that, sir, is your 'freedom'.  it is their freedom to report a story or express an opinion-editorial however they see fit, knowing they do face consequences.

and to show that this bitch-fest is really a team effort he sent one of his ignorant and unholy minions out to help.  jason miller went on cnn to urge people to cancel their subscriptions because it just wouldn't be enough to ask for a retraction.   deny them your support.   deny them your money.   give them no credence.   THEY MUST BE DESTROYED!!

that seems to be trump's ultimate goal.   don't allow papers to report anything that might put you in a bad light.   pull the credentials of reporters who might dare to speak of you unfavorably.   only do interviews with those who, like hannity, o'really and your pals at breitbart, feel more than comfortable on their knees kissing your ass or....wherever.   that must be why it was being reported a while back that you were looking to possibly starting your own news network because i you can't get the other kids to play by your rules just build your own playground, then should you eventually get to be 'king of the jungle gym' they have no other choice.

it worked so well for the soviet union, nazi germany and north korea.
