FROM THE EYE OF THE SHITSTORM

"RANCID", (and I will continue to refer to him as such since he will forever carry the stench of working for and with this administration) even as he has been insulted, denigrated and humiliated, doesn't even have the balls to express the slightest bit of disappointment over the way this entire situation has been handled, as evidenced in his interview with Wolf Blitzer.  Perhaps this is only further proof that in addition to ethics, empathy and honesty, self-respect is just one of the things that needs removing as a prerequisite to serving in the Trump White House, a medical procedure I'm sure is covered by their Gold-Plated health insurance plan.

And to use the excuse that 'the President has decided to take it in another direction' is truly laughable.  That's the excuse you hear when they fire an actor because they're not enough of a name or the ratings on their show are starting to tank and they need some yutz to blame.  I guess it really should come as no surprise that it should be qualified in that matter since that's pretty much the way things have been quantified even since before the election. The size of the rally crowds, the ratings of the speeches/debates, the attendance numbers of 'the biggest inauguration crowds EVER IN HISTORY' (thank you, Sean Spicer, another victim of 'The Apprentice: White House Edition').  These are the things that matter most to the new guy in the Oval Office:  being the best, having 'the biggest' (and we're not just talking hands), being the smartest, the 'most presidential', being liked, loved, adored.

But back to "Rancid",  I've never really liked him and that goes back to when he was a relative nobody back in local Wisconsin politics and as his profile increased so did my....I can't even call it disdain...increased.  He was just an idiot Republican with a funny name who came off  sounding like he felt he was better than everyone else, much like his good friends "Snotty Scotty " Walker and Paul "Anything for the Party" Ryan.  Needless to say, there is little, if any, chance of him gaining back even an iota of respect, at least until he stops being a whiny putz, puts on his man-panties and finally at some point stops believing that working for '45' was ever 'a blessing'.  I would only like to ask him one very simple question:

"Are you tired of winning yet?"
